| “ | We don't giggle, we fizzle! | ” |
| — One of the most iconic Gazo quotes. |
Gazos /ɡˈɑːzə͡ʊ/ are calm, chill, collected, more laid back species of Glaggle. They are most commonly found in Gazoland, which is still being rebuilt after the fog attack from Enphoso. During that attack, many Gazos were killed: with the exception of several remaining Gazos. Some of the remaining Gazos now work for the Glaggleland military, while the remaining ones decided to help rebuild Gazoland. They are similar to Gembos.
Appearance[]
Gazos have indigo/blue skin, short, black, beady eyes, and a curved mouth with no endpoints. Their face is most similar to a Giggler. Gazos are slightly more calm compared to normal Gigglers, as Gigglers are mostly energetic and happy. They still have the joyous spirit, obviously, but they are less energetic and more nonchalant.
History[]
Their early history is still unknown, but Gazos would slowly evolve as one of the distinct groups of Glaggles in the Glaggle Empire and would gain independence in 1912. Gazos were well known to be the inhabitants of Gazoland and had a rivalry with Glaggleland. They were frequently mocked due to the poor quality of rides and snacks available in Gazoland.
During the massacre, Enphoso released the fog attack. Many Gazolandians were lost in the fog. It was a already a very devastating time in Gazoland, as their population was decreasing. The biggest Gazo, known as the Great Gazo, was lost in the fog. Gazoland was in ruins after the fog; many buildings and rides were demolished, and all of the effort of the Gazolandians was gone, but some Gazos volunteered to join the Glaggleland Military in order to fight Enphoso and many would in Blibble's Field.
During the Battle in Blibble’s Field, many Gazos volunteered to fight Enphoso in Blibble’s Field alongside The Great Glag and many Gigglers. They fought Enphoso, and Enphoso was ultimately defeated. He retreated to his home, the Enphosian Pyramidian, to heal and regain his powers.

Stone Gazos[]
Stone Gazos (Jucundus Ignosi Petra) are a somewhat uncommon subspecies of Gazos which mostly inhabit Gazoland, typically northern Gazoland, occasionally being seen living amongst Kramblalbs. Stone Gazos have hard, rocky skin, similar to Paleoglags. They appear similar to their classic counterparts, however, Stone Gazos have more grayish skin rather than the blue skin of the common Gazo. Stone Gazos are calm, friendly, although very unintelligent, and clumsy. The diet of a Stone Gazo consists of them eating dirt and small rocks. Stone Gazos are known to sleep a lot, and often go into hibernation during the summer, as they prefer the cold. The average life span of a Stone Gazo can be up to 500 years, due to their organs being made of stone!
Grinners[]
Grinners (Jucundus Ignosi Mutus) were a common Gazo subspecies that mainly inhabited areas such as Glaggleland and Gemboland. They appear quite different than typical Gazos, being a yellow-orange in color, and well has having smaller eyes, and a shorter grin, and low facial features. They were also slightly smaller, around 0.8x the size of Gazos. Grinners were known for being rather awkward around others, and being antisocial. Grinners never talked much, instead just following what everyone else around them was doing, even if they didn’t know what exactly that was. Grinners were also easy to embarrass, even mentioning one could fluster one! Because of all of this, Grinners were very easy to manipulate. Seeing this, Enphoso saw the opportunity to train his forces using Grinners. This lead to many young Enphosians trying to harm them in any possible way. This led to a major decline in the population, leading their eventual extinction in 2020.
Foggy Gazos[]
Foggy Gazos (Jucundus Ignosi Nebulosus) are a quite deranged and mysterious variant of Gazos. They started appearing in Gazoland shortly after Enphoso's fog attack. Foggy Gazos appear similar to the common Gazo, however they have some differences. They have mouths which are slightly larger than normal Gazos’, but their eyes remain mostly the same. The most notable difference is the coloring, which Foggy Gazos are more periwinkle rather than indigo. Foggy Gazos are mysterious, and seen commonly in the thicker parts of the fog. They typically watch wanderers from a distances. Sometimes, a Foggy Gazo will shuffle up to a glaggle, and start yelling inaudible words. Some describe them as yelling for help, or if they're in pain. Foggy Gazos evolved from Gazos who were exposed to the fog more. The amount of fog started making them quickly turn into mindless, zombie-like shells of glaggles. Foggy Gazos seem to be immune to the fog.
Grezzos[]
Grezzos (Jucundus Ignosi Hypnoticus), also informally referred to as Static Gazos, are a rare subspecies of Gazos that typically inhabit safe and well-populated areas within Gazoland. Grezzos are known for their gray, noisy skin pattern, which can make anyone who looks at it for too long disoriented. Grezzos also have wider, more circular eyes, and a more pointed mouth shape. In terms of personality, Grezzos are very sweet, innocent, and light-hearted, of described as begin similar to Gazlings. Despite this, Grezzos are quite challenging if you were to for some reason try attacking one, as their skin pattern confuses attackers by reflecting light in odd patterns, causing them to almost never land a proper hit! This seems to be more effective against Enphotic threats, such as Enphosians, and especially Enfosi! Grezzos also seem to have the strange ability to produce a sound similar to static through their voices, and it’s unknown why they can do this.
Maritime Gazos[]
Maritime Gazos (Jucundus Ignosi Maritimum) are an uncommon subspecies of Gazos that can be spotted near dark, humid areas near oceans! Almost of all of them inhabit the shores of Glooberland, or other nearby islands. They are appear similar to common Gazos, but are a more navy blue theater than indigo, and are a bit larger, roughly 1.2x the size of average Gazos. Maritime Gazos are known for being quiet, reclusive, and often mingling together, away from civilizations. Maritime Gazos are also nocturnal, meaning they only come out during the night to hunt for food, using their eyes which are adapted to seeing in the dark to find their prey. Because of their advanced eyesight, nocturnal nature, and dark coloring which allows them to blend into the night, they are very skilled and ruthless hunters! Maritime Gazos often prey off many different types of species, ranging from aquatic fish to even some glaggles like Levanthia and Murplecks! Because of their animalistic diet, Maritime Gazos are often depicted as wild, aggressive murderers, however this is far from the truth, as they are quiet intelligent, being able to speak English, and communicate with others! It's not their fault that others wander into their territory!

- Currently, many remaining Gazos and Gigglers are rebuilding Gazoland!
- Gazos do not have a sad variant. This is because they do not have much Vitamin J to begin with. The same thing goes with Gembos.
- While most Stone Gazos appear as simply rocky, cracked versions of Gazos, it's not uncommon to find a rather odd-looking Stone Gazo, whether it's shape or color is off, or it has structures similar to facial features. All Stone Gazos are different.
