Look into the camera!
A Glebble

Glebbles, are curious, adventurous/explorative types Glaggle which tend to appear in numerous settlements all around Glagworld, most commonly residing within Gazoland and Glooberland. They have an interesting love for the night and photography, often resulting in most Glebble appearances to occur at night or admiring scenery. As Glebbles are a somewhat recently discovered species, not a lot of information on their history is known outside of what they've told us.

Appearance[]

Glebbles have slightly pale-green colored skin with a hint of a grey cyan with upside-down teardrop shaped eyes, with a wobbly shaped mouth that have flat ends, with their faces most closely resembling to that of a Giggler. Glebbles are about 1.1x the size of a Giggler. Glebbles also all have something that resembles a dark-blush on their faces despite not actually blushing, which is probably a birthmark. Despite Glebbles having similar shades of green to Gloober and it's subspecies, they aren't related.

Behavior[]

Glebbles are Glaggles that despite being friendly and adventurous, are actually really awkward when it comes to talking with others (Similar to the Gazo subspecies, Grinner), even amongst themselves. As Glebbles are often awkward beings, they don't speak as often as other Glaggles and will tend to listen making them more introverted than the rest. Glebbles will often be seen during night as according to a fellow Glebble, the night time ambience feels more relaxing and laid-back. They like to take photos of scenery (especially at night) as they make great photographers, but despite that, they don't like including themselves in their photos, which is why it requires lots of trust from a Glebble for them to allow a photo of them to be taken. Glebbles also are known to take photos of a special thing and gift it to someone they trust as a gesture of the safety they feel with them. This special thing each Glebble species taking photos of differing things! During the night, Glebbles will act slightly more relaxed and laid-back allowing for others to approach them without them tensing up. While Glebbles are awkward and introverted, they actually want to be able to freely talk and be outgoing as the other Glaggles, which is why their personalities feel different upon befriending one.

History[]

Pre-discovery[]

Before the Glebbles were first theorised to exist, they used to be slightly advanced nomadic creatures, never really staying in one place to settle down as they wanted to see all of Glagworld and admire all the scenery, they moved in several different groups with one main group and several smaller sized ones. This all took place around when the Glaggleland Massacre was going on, and while they were unaware of the events that were taking place, they were well-aware of the existence of other Glaggles, being too afraid to make contact with them in fear/worry of being rejected, and so they often travelled at night. At the time they didn't have access to much technology but were able to create a now outdated version of their current cameras with the help of the Trikbbles, and so started their new hobby as a way to express their selves in all sorts of unique, sweet and wacky ways! Sometime within the Glaggleland Massacre the Enphotic forces had spotted Glebbles, and while they were unaware of Glebbles not being in contact with the main Glaggles, they were also attacked but not as severely as the main massacre, because of their wide-spread population being in groups. Eventually after time had settled and the massacre ended, they started to explore again, eventually growing curious enough to explore the main populations/cities, leading to their first official evidence of existence to the others.

First Evidence of Existence[]

While multiple evidence of Glebbles existing can date back up to the Glaggleland Massacre with the unidentified corpses, No official clear or usable evidence of their existence had actually turned up until Periphuary 29th, 2012. On that fateful night in Glaggleland, an unsuspecting Giggler had woken up in the middle of the night to have a midnight snack, they had suddenly heard some scurrying and shuffling outside of their home. At first they passed it off as possibly one of their neighbours also being awake late until the noises grew more persistent. Eventually this led to the Giggler deciding to go outside and see what was causing such a ruckus, only to find nothing in sight besides a photo on the ground. On the photo was a picture of Glaggleland's scenery and a small fraction of a mossy-looking Glaggle that they weren't able to recognise. After the Giggler had reported the public, in hopes to find who may have taken the photo, nobody owned up to taking it. Following the events of this, many myths surrounding the photo and the mystery Glag started arising throughout all of Glagworld. Some questioned the validity of the photo, accusing it of being edited whilst others who trusted the photo though doubted the possibility of it being a Glag, Eventually assumed it to be a Gloober Enfosi. A month after the photo had first been seen, the next piece of evidence came into hand in Gazoland when a Gazo was strolling around at night until they had stumbled across what seemed to be a damaged camera. Though it wasn't a camera that had ever been seen before, seeming to be unique in design. The Gazo noticed something on the side of it, a name of some sorts spelling out the word "Gleb". After picking it up they noticed a Glaggle in the distance that seemed to notice the Gazo and scurried off. The next day, the Gazo brought in the camera to be repaired in an attempt to discover any photos. Once the camera had been restored, the Gazo looked into the storage and got the first ever photo of a Glebble amongst the photos of scenery. After the second bit of evidence had been shared with the public, many tried to find and attempt to interact with this new Glaggle, to no success.

First Interaction[]

While a good amount of evidence of the existence of Glebbles had already been found over a year since the first piece of evidence had showed up, No official proper sighting or interaction has been made with the species because of how elusive they were up until the night of Bloomy 19th, 2013 in Glooberland. On this particular night a Gloober had been roaming around at night for a stroll, just simply enjoying the night time ambience before heading back, when they had stumbled across a group of three mysterious Glaggles. Seeing how these Glaggles seemed to share a similar green skin under the moonlight, the Gloober decided to initiate conversation with them when the Gloober had noticed their sudden surprise and skittish reaction upon greeting them. It was only once the Glaggles had turned around when that Gloober finally noticed that they were the long uncontacted Glebbles! The Gloober decided to spend some time with them during that night seeing as how nervous they seemed in order to break the ice. Eventually after enough time had passed, The Gloober had learned a thing or two about this new type of Glag. This first interaction eventually led to trust being formed between all the parties involved, allowing for the Gloober learn more about them, even letting them stay over at their house for the night! The weeks following this, The news had spread and Glebbles had officially become a known species around Glagworld. During this, the original Glebble group had notified to the others that there wasn't a need to be in hiding anymore even despite the initial hesitance from the species, eventually resulting in the Glebbles to officially move into the main populations along with the rest of the Glags, spreading out all across Glagworld. Nowadays, it has been rumored and mentioned throughout the Glebbles that they aspire to build or have a settlement of their own, like a small country that would consist of a mainly Glebble population similar to Guuberlandia. Despite that, no plans for such a project have been created.

Trikture Mania[]

Trikture Mania is a national holiday on May 27th, made and mostly celebrated by Glebbles, while the main subspecies that started the holiday was the Trikbbles with the help of Trikbliss, a well-known Trikbble. Trikture Mania originated around the time Glebbles started settling within main settlements, the whole purpose of the holiday is to take as many photos you have, whether it is new or old, and gather with other Glebbles and/or Glaggles and share photos with one another, even trading photos or giving photos you took of another Glaggle. The whole purpose of the holiday is to bring all the photographers together and promote being social, even developing better communication skills as Glebbles are known for their awkward communication skills. It all started when one day Trikbliss was sharing her photos with other Glebbles and saw their faces of awe which motivated them to share theirs with her, during this moment she noticed how the Glebbles she shared photos with had seemed to be less awkward, which brought her to a realisation. and so she spent a few days researching the behavior of her fellow Glebbles as she shared more photos and came to the conclusion that Glebbles lit up and were eager to share when given the option/idea. With this new information in mind she tried to find a way to recreate such an event on a large scale, and so after discussing with other Trikbbles, They suggested to make a holiday, and so Trikbliss and a few other Trikbbles spent days planning and organising. only to notice Trikbliss' birthday was coming up, so they came up with the idea of placing the holiday's date on her birthday. They soon announced the holiday to the other Glebbles, and while they were puzzled at first they went with it. On the first Trikture mania, it was an absolute hit with all the other Glebbles that it held a special place in their hearts, and so Trikture Mania had become a yearly tradition since then.

Subspecies/Variants[]

Gleamble[]

GlebbleSub

Gleambles (Inconcinnus Imago Lucens, Also known as Gleaming Glebbles), Are an uncommon subspecies of Glebble which mostly live within Glaggleland and Gazoland. Gleambles have vibrant green skin and smaller mouths and more slightly mouth-ends, their eyes are also right-side-up teardrops as opposed to the upside-down ones regular Glebbles have. While they look almost the same as regular Glebbles whilst having different features, they're actually slightly more social and unique! Gleambles are often depicted as a happier and slightly more extroverted variant of regular Glebbles. Their shared hobby of photography is also slightly different as they appear more often in their photos and usually take photos of the more little things and nature. Gleambles also do not see as well in the dark as their regular counterpart as Gleambles spend a majority of their time in the daytime as compared to regular Glebbles which is how they got their more vibrant skin tone.

Splebble[]

Splebblina

Splebbles (Inconcinnus Imago Timidus, or Surprise Glebbles), Are a much rarer variant of Glebble that mostly reside in Glooberland. Splebbles are known for being the sneaky and clumsy subspecies of the Glebble while also being the smallest! As opposed to Glebbles who are 1.1x the size of a Giggler, Splebbles are about the same size of a Giggler. Splebbles have weirdly shaped eyes, and a much more wobbly and slightly jagged mouth. Splebbles have a pink-purple shade of skin with a subtle scale-like appearance to it. The reasoning behind this differing look in appearance from regular Glebbles is a result of their unique capabilty to have increased resistance toward hotter temperatures! Splebbles, as the name suggests, really like surprises and surprising others, you may find one trying to take unsuspecting Glaggles, but most of the time they will fail to do so as their clumsiness causes them to trip whenever they try to jump out and take the photo. While they may seem like they're just more mischievous versions of Glebbles, they're still as skittish and introverted as the others, Splebbles actually want to make lots of friends, so they hope to take really good photos of other Glaggles in an attempt to wow them which results in their almost random action of taking photos of other Glaggles.

Trikbbles[]

GlebbleVar2ALT

Trikbbles (Inconcinnus Imago Tacita, or Trickster Glebbles), Are a rare subspecies of Glebble which mostly reside in Gazoland. Trikbbles, have an obvious bluish-green skin in comparison to it's regular counterpart being that half their skin is blue, with jester-like markings on their face which according to them, are more birthmarks. Trikbbles also have kite-shaped eyes and rounded wobbly-shaped mouths. Despite white their names suggest, Trikbbles do not in fact like playing tricks on others, they were named that way because of their jester-like appearance and color shift that can be misleading. On rare occasions, a mutation may occur that causes a Trikbble to not have the purple half. Trikbbles are known for their slightly more intelligent minds as they are able to build some machinery and do some scientific experiments. A creation they're especially known for is a picture booth, Mostly known as the Trikturebloof. Trikbbles are also the only mute species of Glebble, though unknown as to why this is, they're also the most expressive type of Glebble mostly via their expressions. While Trikbbles are a subspecies of Glebble, they don't take as much photos as compared to the others, only really taking photos whenever they enjoy a sight, and since the invention of the Trikturebloof, they never really needed to take photos, as other Glaggles would use their invention to take photos of themselves!.

Glurbble

Glurbbles[]

Glurbbles (Inconcinnus Imago Bullitus or Oceanic Glebbles) Are an uncommon Amphibious subspecies of Glebble that you will often find inhabiting the beaches, and oceans near Gazoland and Glooberland. Glurbbles have cyan skin with bubble-looking birthmarks similar to Trikbbles, they have more rounded shaped eyes and an oddly shaped wobble-mouth. Despite being Glebbles, they're actually quite similar to Gloobers and Levanthiams with their unique trait of being able to breathe underwater. Their bodies have an odd absorbent ability to them, allowing them to suck in water, while there’s no clear use of this function it’s speculated that it’s to allow Glurbbles to sink easier. Because of the Glebble eye-sight allowing for them to see in the dark, their eyes have also adapted to be able to see in water pretty clearly. Glurbbles are responsible for all the underwater photos taken by the Glebble species, as Trikbbles and those at Fugorg Machinery helped develop a specialised underwater camera for the Glurbbles. Despite being Amphibious, they aren't particularly good swimmers.

Creations[]

Glurbbab Tea Leaves[]

After moving into main Glaggle settlements, Glebbles had noticed and started to take a liking to tea, resulting in a large majority of Glebbles to start farming tea to make their own, even using it to create their own first drink, the Glebbtea! But after some time they wanted to create a specialty, and so with the help of Trikbbles they were able to breed tea leaves with goobabs, at small dosages. This combination eventually became the Glurbbab tea leaves! Named after the Glurbbles and their cyan skin. Glurbbab Tea Leaves result in teas that a mixed taste between the original black tea and subtle sweetness of green goobabs, allowing for a naturally tasty drink! While Glurbbab Tea Leaves are still relatively, they're already popular amongst the Glebbles and are even the main tea used for the "Original Glebbtea" flavor!

Glebbtea[]

Glebbtea, (Also known as Glebble Tea) is a unique special sweet drink developed by Glebbles that can have a wide variety of flavours, all depending on the ingredients within it. Glebbtea's original flavor is a combination of very few ingredients, Glurbbab Tea and Glaggle milk for the liquid, and small green goobabs within the drink! Glebbtea is a classic drink often sold by Glebbles and can be enjoyed by many, even those who live underwater (Though, in order to accomplish this you would need to have a proper bottle to close it.)

Trikturebloof[]

The trikturebloof, a classic and popular machine developed the Trikbbles resembles that of a picture booth, which it's name itself is a play on. It was developed to use the technology used by Trikbbles as they developed the original camera for Glebbles. The Trikturebloof's main function is to take photos of Glags who want to take one of themselves or with their friends, since the initial invention it is now a widely-known and popular machine throughout all of Glagworld, some include props allowing for silly photos, there are even filters so Glags can take photos of themselves in just the way they want with configurable lighting modes!

Trivia[]

  • Glebbles have the ability to see perfectly fine in the dark.
    • The only exception of this are the subvariant of Gleambles as they don't see as well in the dark.
    • Trikbbles, not only can see in the dark, but their birthmarks are actually bioluminescent!
  • While most Glebbles are Introverts, there are a rare few extroverted ones, making up 4% of the total Glebble population.
  • Glebbles admire Gleebers as they see Gleebers' calm personality as cool.
  • The hobby of photography for Glebbles started as they admired the scenery around them and often didn't really talk or do much else, so they all picked it up as a hobby.
    • Some Glebbles (such as Gleambles) picked up the hobby instead to take photos of other things as not all Glebbles like scenery.
    • Trikbbles are the only subspecies to only moderately like photography, as they made the Trikturebloof.
  • If a Glebble feels uncomfortable or awkwardness, their mouths start to wobble a bit more.
    • This also goes for the latter, if they're feeling their least awkward, they can achieve a near-perfect smile with little wobbles.
  • Glebbles prefer colder temperatures and even have a slight resistance to harsher temperatures.
  • While no records or evidence of Glebbles and Spooklers ever interacting exist, It is believed they would get along. This is because of both being around during dark and similar mouth shapes.
    • The most likely subspecies of Glebble to befriend a Spookler would be a Splebble.
  • As stated before each Glebble takes photos of their favourite thing and gift it to someone they trust! Here's a list:
    • Regular: Nature Scenery
    • Gleambles: The Sky
    • Splebbles: Themselves with the individual they trust
    • Trikbbles: Their most prized possession
    • Glurbbles: The Ocean and/or Seafloor
  • Trikbliss' special color, eyes and birthmark are all a result of a special mutation in Trikbbles!
